For Buyers

Buying a home, step by step.

Every buyer's timeline looks a little different, but the path generally follows these six stages. Here's what to expect at each one.

01

Get pre-approved

Talk to a lender before you start touring homes. Pre-approval tells us your real budget and makes your offer credible when you find the right place.

02

Define what you actually need

We'll talk through neighborhoods, commute, schools, and must-haves versus nice-to-haves so we're not wasting time on the wrong homes.

03

Tour and shortlist

I'll set up showings, flag things you might miss, and help you compare properties honestly — including their trade-offs.

04

Make an offer

I'll pull recent comps, help you land on a competitive number, and structure the offer to protect your interests.

05

Inspection & appraisal

We schedule the inspection, review findings together, and negotiate repairs or credits if issues come up.

06

Closing day

Final walkthrough, paperwork, and keys in hand. I'll be with you through the last signature.
